At MUSC Health, we are fortunate to host the largest cohort of administrative fellows in the nation. Over the last three and a half years, I've had the privilege of working with many of our fellows, usually indirectly through their preceptors and hallway conversations. Many have shown an interest in revenue cycle or digital transformation.So when I walked into the office this morning with this bobblehead on my desk, I stopped to reflect on the incredible work, contributions, and growth of one of MUSC's fellows from this last year, Divyasha Ohri, MBA, MSHA, MSHI. No task was too tall, and no Excel spreadsheet (or VLOOKUP) stood a chance against her skills. (ha ha!). If you're ever given the opportunity, say "yes" to mentorship. Whether you're the mentor or mentee, everyone has knowledge to share, and we all have something to learn. You never know how your experiences, no matter how insignificant you may feel they are, can inspire others to chase their dream job.Good luck at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Divy! I know you will be in great hands!

After months of hard work, dedication and countless testing hours, we are thrilled to announce our launch of Emily, our *NEW* digital assistant. For us, this project and this journey has been the destination all along. The launch of our virtual assistant is just the start of many exciting things happening at MUSC Health in the world of digital transformation. Shoutout to Matthew Long and his team for all of the hard work over the last 6 months. And to the team at Amelia for their dedication to getting us live prior the fiscal year end close. It does in fact, take a village.
