What are the Copilot context aware summaries that are available now in D365FO? And how can you use these options to improve the data quality? This article has two purposes:1. And because 'data quality' can be experienced as a vague catch-all concept, I explain this based on the simple example of ordering a pizza and share concrete elements of data quality in combination with the effect of it in D365FO.Because I think having a focus on good data quality will really help organizations to get more benefits from D365FO and Copilot. 👇

What is the 'Financial period close' workspace in D365FO? When D365FO (AX 7) came out after AX 2012, one of the new available functionalities was the 'Financial period close' workspace. The purpose of the functionality is to have an overview of the actual status of tasks at each period close inside D365FO so you can manage this process well.Still I think a lot of organizations are not using this functionality or aware of it. Therefore in this article I explain this workspace and also show the needed setup to make it work. 👇

I think quite a lot of people don't know about this and still it is important to know that you have influence on the ideas for these applications. Lately I saw some posts about Extensions for browsers to label websites visibly. Useful for cloud systems like D365FO!?Via these Extensions you can enter the URL of specific cloud environments, for example to separate PROD environments from TEST environments like in the attached image.Quite easy to setup, so I am going to play around more for a bit. Any of you already interesting experiences to share?

Did you already know the 'Bank account lifecycle management' feature in D365FO? In version 10.0.40 this preview feature is available with the purpose to manage the bank account lifecycle via approvals and have audit information available of the changes on the bank accounts. This feature is related to the company bank accounts from the Cash and bank management module (not AP bank accounts). In this article I explain the use of the feature and the needed setup to make it work, including an example of the process. 👇
